Non-subsidised rates apply if you are a walk-in patient. If you have any financial difficulties as a non-subsidised patient, you can make an application for reclassification for your future visits. You may request to transfer from non-subsidised to subsidised status by making an application through the Clinic staff and you will have to be financially assessed by our Medical Social workers to determine eligibility. All requests for transfers are subject to approval and assessment, otherwise you will remain under non-subsidised care. If your condition is non-urgent we recommend that you seek medical advice from a polyclinic, where you may be able to receive adequate care. With the referral from polyclinic for basic health care you will be eligible for subsidised care if required Please be assured that all our patients receive the same quality of care, regardless of their subsidy status.
