Effective 1 April 2017, the 2FA (2nd Factor Authentication) will be implemented in our Patient Health Portal for enhanced security.
For all Singaporeans, you will be able to use your Singpass account’s password as the 2FA during login. For Singaporeans who have not activated the 2FA on your Singpass account, please visit the Singpass website for more information and instruction on how to do so. Please note that SingPass registration is only eligible for Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents and select pass holders. Please visit the SingPass website to find out more.
For non-Singapore residents, after you have successfully set up your PHP account, you are required to register your locally registered mobile number via the PHP’s OTP Registration page in order to obtain your 2FA. You can register for your PHP account with our counter staff at the National Skin Centre during your visit.
